So this is pretty much what me, betteronholiday and imbi experienced last night (24/3) at Teater Salihara, Jakarta.
Video is pretty cool but its nothing like the real thing. NOTHING. Delhi 2 Dublin from Canada. An intense multicultural whoop whoop.

So on our way seeing Classixx (which was electrostatixxx!!) , betteronholiday went “JAMAICA’s releasing their new single today!” and i went, “no shit? new?! aside from those two tracks they’ve got?”, and she went “er, it’s Short and Entertaining” and I went “Oh, that..” But I’ve heard it tons of times on youtube~~ and I even thought it’s been up for months.*pouts* (I’m not the quickest and most recent music blogger,fact.)
But then wfwycd blogged the video and I’m happy. Well, I’m recently all happy for all the weird reason but, hell yea I’m not complaining. Awesome hair-tossing is back again!

Metric - The Gates
This is one of the two unreleased B-sides from Metric’s “Fantasies” album. The other track, “Black Sheep”, is going to be featured in Edgar Wright’s (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz) upcoming feature film starring Michael Cera. I think that’s pretty exciting, but i just love this one just so much.
